You Were Not Meant to Carry Everything
Maybe you’ve been telling yourself:
- “I’ll take care of myself when things slow down.”
- “I’m just tired.”
- “Every mom feels this way.”
- “I should be able to handle it.”
But, “when things slow down” never seems to come.
The mental load of motherhood is real. Constantly planning, remembering, worrying, juggling, and caring for everyone else can leave you feeling anxious, burned out, angry, and disconnected from yourself.
Therapy gives you something that’s hard to find anywhere else — a space where you don’t have to be the one holding everything together.
