In The Now Counseling in Washington, PA specializes in helping women navigate the challenges of marriage/romantic relationships, motherhood and caregiving roles.

I know how difficult it can be to decide to seek counseling and how absolutely overwhelming it can be to start the process of finding the right therapist.  After all, selecting a therapist is a big decision because who wants to tell their “story” over and over again on a quest to find the right one.

Who am I?

I’ve been a wife for 26 years. I’m a mother to an adult daughter and teenage son, a daughter of a mom who raised seven children and a sister to six women who are wives and mothers. Additionally, I’ve juggled caring for my family and home with a full-time career.

Because of these experiences, I understand how hard life in these roles can be and am very passionate about helping women find peace and satisfaction in their lives.
